I have been really slacking on my supplements lately. In the last week, I have been somehow consistent. If I get at least 4 or 5 days out of the week, that's a win for me.
I have figured out how to take the collagen peptides without *dieing*
1# my favorite way is with almond milk! I get half cup of freshly brewed coffee, fill the rest with unsweetened almond milk (vanilla is my fav), add in my sweetener, then the scope of collagen. Mix well and it's barely identifiable for me in the drink.
2# if I am on the go, some coffee shops don't have unsweetened almond milk (shocker), I just add in couple table spoons of half and half to coffee. The collagen leaves an after taste with this one but it's not nearly as bad.
I have also been taking CoQ10, this one is for overall health and wellness.
