2019 Vitamin Challenge

I have been really slacking on my supplements lately. In the last week, I have been somehow consistent. If I get at least 4 or 5 days out of the week, that's a win for me.

I have figured out how to take the collagen peptides without *dieing*

1# my favorite way is with almond milk! I get half cup of freshly brewed coffee, fill the rest with unsweetened almond milk (vanilla is my fav), add in my sweetener, then the scope of collagen. Mix well and it's barely identifiable for me in the drink.

2# if I am on the go, some coffee shops don't have unsweetened almond milk (shocker), I just add in couple table spoons of half and half to coffee. The collagen leaves an after taste with this one but it's not nearly as bad.

I have also been taking CoQ10, this one is for overall health and wellness.
 
I picked up some Mane choice vitamins so I think I’ll be taking these. I took the, a few years ago. I see the plus ones now have shark cartilage. Maybe they are slightly similar to the original Nioxin vits.

also beautifully bamboo released a bamboo powder. I’m thinking of getting that. I used to consistently drink the tea but the powder has me intrigued. I tried a different brand on amazon from Bulk supplements but it was so gritty I didn’t even want to take it.
I’ll do the mane choice for now and see the results. If it seems to be positive I’ll reup by Black Friday or during another flash sale.

@halee_J Hi! I take mine in divided doses..But,the b12 & b complex I take in the morning because it increases energy.

I guess I should join this challenge, I've resumed taking my Nature's Bounty biotin vitamins for the last 2 weeks.

I stopped back in November after 3 weeks because it made me so hungry. Starving.

This time, I'm happy to say that I'm not starving all the time, so I hope to continue taking them.
