Took my vitamins. I keep forgetting to bring my zinc and b12 to work..so i've only been taking my manetabolism
I’ve finally nailed down my regimen and also have been slowly working my way up.
I’ve been taking a HSN vitamin that contains 2,500 mcg biotin and iron (I’m iron anemic) and 1,000 mg of MSM for about a month now. Last week I added an extra 5,000 mcg of biotin and today I added BioSil. I’m going to stick with this for 6 months. I still haven’t gotten my relaxer but will soon so I can photograph and have a starting point picture.
