2011 Cowash Challenge--January 1st to April 30th

Have any of you ladies ever cowashed cornrows, if so how did YOU do it?

When I was following the Deep Moisture Method I co-washed in cornrows. I would just wet my cornrows in the shower, rub conditioner between my hands and smooth it along the cornrows and scalp then rinse. Afterwards, I sealed with melted Vaseling ( yeah, I said it).

When I removed my cornrows, my hair was soft and moisturized. No matting or tangling. Worked like a charm...

This is what I do too :yep: Co-washing cornrows made my hair really soft after I took them down

I clarified and did the aphoghee protein treatment and followed with their moisturizer and DC'd for an hour with Keracare Humecto conditioner (the bucket kind)...

Cowashed this morning with Tresemme Naturals. I'm really liking it and it's a lot cheaper than Wen or AO WC.

Cowashed this morning with Aubrey Organics White Camellia. I then sprayed my hair with aloe vera juice, Aphogee keratin & green tea, used some AO WC as a leave in, sealed with JBCO cut with some grapeseed oil and bunned my hair.
