Not sure how I will work them into my routine yet.

Salerm Wheat Germ Mask (10 min no heat)
Humecto (10-15 min w/heat cap)
Nioxin Moisture & Strength (10 mins no heat)

I also have this product. I used in the past and I remembered that it made my hair feel filmy. Is it just me?

I'm IN....

I'm eyeing the Salerm Wheat Germ Conditioner - it's use seems to be spreading...

I'll do a weekly protein treatment followed by a moisturizing treatment with EVOO.

For those of you who are like me and can't stand to sit for more than 15 minutes at a time - try wrapping your hair in foil then putting the plastic cap over it... I get the same effects as heat, plus I get to clean my house at the same time! (If you want to up the heat, wrap a towel around your head.)

I'm in since I already deep condition once or twice a week.

Regime: shower cap on for 30 minutes to an hour

Products: Nexxus Humectress, Mizani Moisturefuse, Mane N Tail, Back to Basics Coconut Mango, Biolage Conditioning Balm, John Frieda Smooth Control

Regime:
at least 20 min with heat or overnight once a week (weekends)

Products:
Ouidad Deep Treatment
UBH Conditioner

I just want to make this clear....are we suppose to deep condition a certain amount of times per week? (i.e. every 3 days, once a week, etc)

:nono:
Follow your own regime or use someone elses if you don't have one. Just come back and post when you see progress or even post if there's no progress, because I know that some may decide to change their regime or products a little to make it just right for them.

I might be pouring a little something extra into my deep conditioning cream along the way. I don' know yet, but I will post the change if I do.

LOL!! Mona you are crazy!! I was thinking that myself when I finally decided to join this challenge! I was like ..... Dang girl, you jumping on every band wagon that comes along! Notice I deleted the Surge challenge, and I completed the oil challenge! Maybe I should join a challenge for not going on a challenge in 3 months! LOL

I am hoping all these challenges will eventually be just a way of life for me. I think they are all wonderful challenges not just for the short term, but long term as well.

Ok. I so need this challenge cuz I'm lazy. I want my hair to be biger (longer when straightened), BSL by the end of the year, in fact, so I better get my act together as far as deep conditioning. I'll use whatever I'm moved to use, be it Lekair, Lustersilk, Hollywood beauty Olive, MNT, whatever I have.

I plan on deep conditioning every Thursday with a plastic cap and my bonnet dryer.

I will also cut my clarifying back to every three weeks. I think that the hair color is making my hair dryer.

What the hell, I'm in. I deep condition whenever I wash anyway so it's no big deal.

Regime: Deep condition for at least 35 minutes - first 20 with heat

Products: Rotating (as needed) - Salerm Wheat Germ, Aubrey GPB, Biolage Ultra Hydrating, Profectiv Growth Masque. When doing a moisturising conditioner, I'll also coat my ends with a little Hot 6 Oil.

I'm in!!

Regime: Deep condition twice a week with plastic cap for 20-30 minutes no heat

wet hair

moisturizing conditioners, AO White Camillia Shampoo

the products im using are prone to change since I am experimenting with new stuff now.
