Now this is MY kind of challenge!!! I am in like Flynn!

No Heat - at least 1 hr
With Heat - 30 mins

I am in!! I am terrible about deep conditioning because I feel I dont have enough time. So this will definitely be a challenge for me!!

OK.....so what do I do?

I'm in....I wash every three days...

My products

Dark & Lovely Dry Hair healer mixed with LOTS of EVOO, in a cap under a hood dryer for...a long time. I tend to fall asleep, lol.

I think I'll try it with my Nexxus Humectrus..(I can't spell) with a cap under a hood dryer for.

I'm in!!!! I'll be sitting under the dryer once a week for at least 30 mins. I'll be rotating the following:

Motions CPR
NTM Mask
Humectress

I'm in! :D
Regime
Light protein followed by moisturizing conditioner with heat 20-40 mins once a week
Heavy protein followed by moisturizing conditioner once a month

Products
Keraphix
Humectress
Keracare humecto
Emergencee
aphogee treatment (sparingly I hate the smell) :barf:

Ohh, I am in!!
Deep condition every 3 days with one of the following:
-UBH Conditioner
-Emergencee
-Penetraitt
-DRC-28
followed by Elucence Moisture Balancing Conditioner

This came at the perfect time because I have been slacking off on the conditioning treatments.

Once a week I will deep condition with heat using a protein conditioner followed by a moisturizing conditoner. 20 minutes for each.

Products
Aveda Deep Penetrating Revitalizer
NTM mask
Aubrey GPB
Mane'n'Tail

I'll occasionally mix in EVOO and honey into the conditioning treatment.

I also think I may stick with one protein and one moisturizing conditioner for a month then switch to a different set the next month so I can compare the results of the varying products.

YEAAAAH!!!! :D

I'll be alterenating my deep conditionings with...
  • AO GPB
  • Coconut Milk, Lime & Honey in Lekair Cholesterol (Peach Professional)
Regime
Every 3 days with a heating cap for a minimum of 30 mins. or plastic cap overnight.

I'm in!!

I plan on deep conditioning under hooded dryer with every wash (Mondays and Thursday)

Alternating b/w these conditioners:
-Lustrasilk Herbal Conditioner
-Lekair Cholesterol
-UBH Deep Conditioner

This is a great challenge! I was starting to get lazy with my deep conditions, maybe this will help keep me on track...

I'm in, but I have been in for a while now because I've decided to make deep conditioning a staple in my regimen and not a challenge. Right now, I CO wash every 3 days with VO5 conditioner and then deep condition with Le Kair Cholesterol mixed with Nexxus Humectress and a little jojoba oil.

I sit under the dryer for at least 20-30 minutes....one hour if I can stand the heat. Otherwise,I will come out after my requisite amount of time and then leave the conditioner on for at least another 30-40 minutes. My hair seems to be loving this combination.
