For me SL to APL it took 1 year and 1 month.

I'm between SL and APL....I would be at APL if the girl at Great Clips quit getting scissor happy when she SHOULD BE only cutting my ENDS....NOT my hair! and every visit she just rave about how health and strong my hair is and how is just grows so fast and long..... I don't hold back....I give all praises to LHCF!!! I have learned soooo much from you love ladies!!!!!

I tell her some of things I've learned and she laughs and shakes her head at me....ummm guess that's why her hair looks the way it does.

Shoulder length. I started at shoulder length relaxed. Bc'd and I am now back at shoulder length natural.

Beyond waist length
I grew my hair from APL to waist in about 2 to 3 yrs.
I am just getting past waist length with a goal of hip length for the end of 2010.
