very happy. ive only been on this journey since july and my hair looks and feels so amazing. im only 18 but before july i was constantly weaved up or braided up since i was 10. im so happy now that has changed. i love knowing how to take care of my real hair :)

I'm content. Are you happy BBS? You have gone from natural shorter hair to natural waist length and then you relaxed it and cut it off.

Oh hon, I am very happy. I know my limits now and I have accepted them. Very long hair is not my forte, but shoulder blade length is. :yep:

:yep: I’m absolutely happy with my progress and so in love with my natural hair, can’t wait to meet my goal of natural MBL hair. I’m so excited!

I'm very happy...despite me cutting my hair twice since the journey, I'm loving where I am at now.Full SL getting to APL :)

I’ve been very happy with my hair up until the last few weeks:nono:. Just a little annoyed with it, but I’m sure I’ll eventually get over it. So leaving it alone for a few weeks.

I'm happy with my length. I'd like for my hair to be thicker. It used to be so thick back in the day. I don't know if I have follicles on my head that aren't producing hair anymore or what. That is the only explanation I can think of. I had some seriously, Oprahesque, THICK hair. I mean, it ain't strings now but still...

Also, I want to take a pair of scissors to my hair every time I wash it! Oh my goodness my hair tangles so horribly! It is a nightmare! Underproccessed hair is the DEBIL!!!

I've had shoulder length hair my entire adult life, so I would have NEVER thought in a million years that I would be able to grow my hair to bsl!!
I am VERY happy!:dance7:

YES YES YES :yay: I never thought my hair could get this long! I mean it's not super long at all, but I've never retained length past SL, and I can actually see my hair make progress, so I'm really excited.

YES! I never realized the beauty my hair possessed until I started taking care of it. My growth is nothing to brag about... at least not yet

not really... my hair grows uber slow... I love the fact that i'm natural..just wish it would speed it up alittle!!!

It could stand to be a little faster, but I'm content b/c it's definitely healthier and thicker. I know it will get there :)

Yes and no. When it was shorter I had little to no knowledge of how to care for it so grow was a slow process. Now that it's longer, I'm learning better protective styles, so I'm hoping that my growth this winter is gonna be spectacular

It's healthier than it was when I was always in braids. I'm extremely pleased with that aspect. However, my hair could have been much longer if I knew how to handle certain issues. Sometimes I cut unnecessarily or had to cut because I made a bad move.

It's a "you live and you learn" kind of deal for me because I can't complain about my hair being shorter than I would like it since that's my own fault. Furthermore, I probably would have been more upset to have made it to my goal without still fully knowing how to take care of my hair and eventually needing to cut much more.

Not really, for I have had numerous setbacks. The last being, a bald nape to the back of my head from wearing a neck brace for 3 months after an auto accident. One day after trying to wash my hair, it just came out in clumps. I know it will regrow, but I should be MBL by now.
