I used an egg mixed with regular conditioner and the results were absolutely amazing and by the way it does stop breakage dead in it's tracks!
I tried this today in my prepoo, because I had some breakage. It made my hair feel so thick.[/quote]

I saw someone suggest and 2eggs/n a lil oil, pre-poo, I'm going to CW then egg it, the poo, deep CON......wanna know how the eggs are working....

1 part egg yolk + 2 parts PROTEIN FREE moisturizing (cheap) conditioner + a tablespoon of olive oil.
If I do it after shampooing it (instead of pre-pooing with it) it really helps with frizz and I get shiny, strong hair. It adds some sort of weight as well.
