My 1st Flexirods on short bob (pics)

I tried flexi rods last night after seeing sooo many pretty post on lhc and thanks to dlewis. Unfortunatley I rolled them completely wrong last night. I used about 50 flexi rods and I rolled them too tight. When I was finished I had a super duper short curly afro which was not what I was trying to achieve So I looked at the site again but I looked closer at the way in which the rollers were which is starting at the end and rolling upward in a spiraled anglle. I am very pleased with how this turned out and I will continue to experiment with bigger flexi rods next time. My regimen was washing with patene, then dc with mayo, roller setting with ors lock & twist thanks to southertease. When I was dry I loosened each curl and lightly oiled with aveda to give them more shine.

You are welcome Just make sure you take your time when you roll it so that its not too tight.

Thank you . The paper makes the roller stay in place better since the hair is wet and it also gives a more defined curl.
