So I've been eyeing all of you, including Dlewis and SouthernTease's flexi-rod sets and I could not wait to try my hand at it for the first time. I wanted curlformers, but my dear friend Kgard7777 convinced me to stick with the flexirods. I was excited to get good results because I have no idea how to style my hair and I wear a half-wig every single day to hide my baggy.
So I moisturized my hair with NTM and sealed with coconut oil and then used spritized water, BB wrapping lotion, and Garnier Fructis Stlye curl sculpting cream gel to set just before wrapping each section onto the flexi-rod.
Lesson learned: I know I definitely need more rods so that my parts won't show. I'll try again this weekend
