you are at the salon and different hair care reps (Avalon, Design Essentials, Nairobi) stop by the salon to see if your stylist needs any products and your stylist looks at you(and not any of her other clients) and says "You need anything?" before completing her order!!!!!!!!!!!

I was at the salon recently and I knew all of the distributors from prior salons. Now that's really bad when you know the Design Essentials and Dudley's man by name.
