I have thick hair and I cowash because it takes me so long to get proper moisture back after using most poos. When my hair is/was dry it took a lot of product to moisturize all of it properly. That's too much work for me.

I think co-washing is like massaging the scalp, some like to say scalp massages makes your hair grow faster/thicker I also notice most ppl who co-wash do nothing to their hair aka barely any manipulation.

my hair used to be thick but the relaxers and bleach just destroyed my hair. now its like 2-3 years later and i co wash daily. my hair isnt thick but its getting there. i will continue to co wash daily.
