I have only been on this forum since October of 2006, but I want to say thank you to all you beautiful women.. I had a young man approach me at work about a month ago, because he said my hair always looks so nice. He confided in me that his little two year old daughter was losing her hair due to improper care. I gave him some tips and purchased a product for his baby based on you beauties recommendations. He stopped me today with a big smile on his face, and said it is working. It made me sooo happy. I could not have done it without all of you. Thanks for the bottom of my heart, and thanks for making a difference in my life and someone's precious little pride and joys life.:lol: This forum is the BOMB.
 
Awwww that is beautiful, brings a smile to my face. That's great that you could pass your knowledge on and help someone, it will go a long way.

That's so sweet. Doesn't it feel good to help others? I mean I don't know that much, but the lil stuff that I do know, I spread the wealth and love it!:D

Yes, I have learned so much from the women on this forum, and I have never met anyone personally. And yes, it feels so good to help others. That is what life is all about. That is what you ladies do everytime you are on the forum. You are gaining knowledge for yourself and helping others.

Thats great. I am glad he took an intrest in her hair. The men in my life don't notice a thing.

That is such a nice story with a happy ending:) its so nice you reached out the way you did, and i agree LHCF is the bomb, i have been well educated on hair care here.

btw....out of curiosity.....what product did you give him and what were the tips?
 
It was such a simple thing. I actually gave him the wild growth oil to put on her hair ,told him not to pull her hair tightly, handle it like the fine silk that it is, keep any chemicals out of her hair, she is a baby, and keep it moisturized.:look:

Great job. At least you kept it simple and easy enough for him to handle considering that he probably knows very little about hair. And the fact that you brought in product just sealed everything.

I'm sure it feels good knowing that you shared the knowledge and helped someone else.

That's so true. It's one of the things I love about this site: sisters helping sisters. I'm glad that little girl even benefitted from this site. :)
