how much I've learned from this forum!! Before I started out, my hair was pretty healthy. But I have to say that I got a wealth of information by viewing everyone's albums, threads, etc. You have all provided me with so much (not to mention turned me into more of a product junkie than I already am (THANKS A LOT POKAHONTAS FOR THE NOODLEHEAD THREAD!!! Girl, I done went and got the poo, condish AND cream
