WTH! Another horrible mom on Youtube...

thats messed up. the camera girl was even picking at the little one, talking about she'd have a video she could share with her friends on youtube. i don't understand how a mother could sit there and watch a child cry like that. i'm so sad for the little girl. my mom and i both hated dealing with hair, but she never hurt me, or made me feel bad about it. =/

:wallbash: The person recording the video is so irritating also. I hated the comments that were made.

I sure did flag that video as child abuse.

I don't understand why its such an "honor" to post videos of children being embarrassed, ridiculed, cursed at and otherwise abused on the internet. The person tapping the whole incident is bragging about as though to egg the mom and the daughter on and basically act as an instigator of the whole situation.

I got my hair pressed once a month or less until I was 15. I was very tenderheaded and would flinch and cry as well but I was never made to feel as though I was wrong for feeling this way. My grandmom or aunt would stop give me a minute to regroup and then start again. They had patience with me especially because my hair was long and thick and if I was getting it pressed time was set aside knowing it was going to take forever. The way the Mom was talking about 2 hours was nothing for my pressing days.

I just pray for ppl when I see them cursing at their children and hope that one day someone will be able to show them the glory of God.

I got my hair pressed when I was younger as well. My aunt used to do it and she was definitely gentle with me. She sure didn't take the comb straight from the stove and put it in my hair. This poor girl; it must be rough growing up with an evil mom like that.

Wow if she treats her like this while being filmed, then how in the world does she treat her baby girl when we are not looking!

I AM FURIOUS!

OMG If you look on her home page she has videos called "Wild Black Girl Fights" as her favorites. This woman is crazy. I won't post the link but if you want to see it, go to her home page.

:nono: I think MANY of us were scared of that damn hot comb. Yet we had no choice in the matter. I know I didn't. Hence me getting a damn relaxer at the age of like 5...She finally got tired of using the comb.

That happend to me as well. My older sisters use to press my hair sometimes and I would cry, so I got a relaxer every now and then.

Good job ladies. At least we were heard and she felt forced to take the video down. What a disgrace of a mother. She probably checked her email and had 100 youtube comments!

My Mother pressed my hair when I was young but she always said, "Baby why would momma burn you...I love you!"

I don't understand it. What do they do ? Say to themselves this morning I am going to expose myself and make myself look like an utter fool. I am going to make the black community look like our hair is horrible and you don't want to have to deal with this "nappy crap" to thousands of people.
