It looks just beautiful on you SG. The whole self conscious thing is my problem, too. I have this really cute wig that I haven't worn for that reason. Thanks for the encouragement to go for it. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Tonya, I'm rolling over here!! I know that shiny look you're talking about, which is why I never thought I'd find a wig I could wear! I guess I got lucky. Most of the wigs in the store were shiny, but this one wasn't for some reason.

Just checling in to let you know I haven't forgotten about posting the wig info. The lady at the BSS didn't have it on display anymore but she told me to check back in a few days and she should have the info.
I looked on the inside and it's by Hairsense, but I checked several websites but couldn't find the style. I'll get back as soon as I can!

Thank you SG for the compliment! My husband hated the wig because my hair was cut in a Halle haircut, and the difference between my cut and the wig was very obvious. I guess he didn't like it because it was a wig. He also laughs whenever I wear my phony pony. He's not into the fake hair. I left the wig behind when I moved from LA to CT, but I still took the phony!

The wig looks nice southerngirl. I don't think the women were staring because it was a wig I think they were probably admiring your hair and didn't know how to say it looks nice. My sister just went wig shopping because she is going back to work after battling breast cancer. She bought a nice short hair wig both men and women were complimenting her on her hair I don't think they realized it was a wig. I'm glad it worked out that way for her because she was feeling a bit funny wearing it at first, now she wants to buy another one so she can switch up.
