Question Where do all the threads from the Career Advancement and Finance thread go?

I noticed that there are only three pages in that section. I'm pretty sure that there were a lot more threads in there. Do they get deleted after a while? It's a little frustrating searching for old threads only to find out that they suddenly disappeared.
