Not sure either. I do know that your supposed to take them with a meal, not on an empty stomach.

I split mine between morning breakfast and lunch.
 
I take all of mine in the morning before I drink my smoothie. I notice that I tend to use the bathroom a lot when I take my vitamins, so that's my main reason for taking them in the morning. I took them before I went to bed one night and I swear I was up every hour using the bathroom

in woman's world magazine they said that the best time to take vits are at 9:30 in the morning (assuming you wake up at 7) because thats when your body absorbs the most.

Because I workout first thing in the morning (Monday through Friday). The time I go to sleep varies.

I've been getting up around 5 or 6 to workout. I've got to lose weight. Last year I broke down and bought some "fat clothes" (translation: clothes in my size that don't have elastic waistbands!

I take "meds" with breakfast. Depending on the day, that can be anytime between 6 and 10 a.m. I take my next dose sometime between lunch and dinner. I read somewhere that vitamin doses should be taken at least 6 hours apart to give them time to be absorbed...
 
Thanks and I know how Allandra feel Im only 14 and I have to be up by 5:00 just to get ready for Marching band practice.

I wake up at 4:00 also and take my vits @ 6:30 and again @ 11 a.m. It works great this way..... Allandra, I'm w/ you on the working out 1st thing in the morning. It gives me extra energy for my entire day!!!!!
 
I think this is interesting. I take my vitamins all at once in the morning too. The interesting part is that our bodies actually repairs itself at night while we sleep or during the day when we sleep for those of us who work at night.

I would think it would be better to take the vitamins at night when your body uses it most. Hmm... that's just me thinking (or writing) out loud.

I told y'all I wasn't going to make it. It's only 1:30 and I'm about to go ahead and call it a day. I just need an hour or so of sleep and I'll be alright. It's funny though...I thought these B complex vitamins I'm taking are supposed to give me some energy
