What length am I? Where is BSL and MBL?

Im confused about the length measuring points and I am wondering if someone could help me out. I'm trying to figure out where BSL and MBL are on me in this picture (below). Is BSL at the bottom of my brastrap. About how far is MBL below that?

You are just touching BSL. At the bottom of your bra strap would be touching MBL.
