Thats so sweet!Well looks like I'm one of the few that had a father taking care of their hair. My parents divorced when I was a year old and eventually my daddy got custody of me because my mother wasn't taking care of her daughter as a mother should, according to my father. Anyway, I give my daddy a 10 in his attempt in hair care. I remember having really short hair and he would just moisturize it and try to make a cute part and add barettes and send me to school. He would send me to the salon for the things he couldn't do such as extentions, pressing, and chemical services. He bought Cathy Howse's first when it came out and one day we even went to her house and she gave him advice on what to do with my hair and how to proper moisturize and style. She still lives in that same house. He would make natural conditioners and wash my hair however often she said at the time. In fact, he still has the same hair dryer you sit under from almost 20 years ago! Whenever he had a girlfriend he would incorporate her into my hair care as well. He always took pride in my appearence and taught me to do the same and I still do. Now my mother on the other hand, now she gets a....-1. I don't recall her doing too much to my hair but slathering all kinds of grease between my extentions and plaits and basically didn't give a frog's fat you know what. C'est la vie i guess.
