What A Difference a Month Makes *Pics Inside*

I was taking some pictures tonight as I was preparing to go out and I compared it to one month ago and I think my edges are finally starting to grow out now. I had so much breakage from too tight braids and glue from quick weaves. I am excited to see that they are growing back. I was afraid of permanent traction alopecia. Check out the difference. These pics are one month apart. It's not a huge difference but enough that it gives me confidence that I am going in the right direction with my regimen. BTW the date on the first pic is wrong. I just figure dout how to change the date tonight

That is great progress, I currently have the same issue. What are you using on your edges to aid in their growth.?

Thank you. I just co-wash (everyday or every other day), dc 2-3x a week, and I use water and Doo Gro Mega thick oil and EVOO to moisturize. Multivitamin everyday. Sometimes I massage them when I get bored at work :drunk:

As of the new year, I get a free gym memebership at work so I think I am going to try to get on the exercise bandwagon too :-). Wish me luck with that

GO FOR IT. You'll be more gorgeous by Summer at that rate. ChaLEAN Extreme, I say. Search the topic out her and see what it'll DO 4 you.

I saw that email you sent me. I need to look at it a little better tonight and see if it's something I can keep up with. Thanks for the link! 2010 needs to be a healthy year!

Thank you Ladies for looking and your comments. I am not going to lie, I felt like putting a weave in because it's so cold here in Ohio. But I am going to keep on keeping on.
