i added virgin temple balm to my regimine and i'm back on the msm i am going to try to do all of my vitamins for a week straight then 2 wks then a month etc i'm so bad with vitamins, hopefully going to the steam room will help too. I want to get back on track to make my original goal of 12/2006

Yeah I'm late but I'm still joining! I'm just below Collarbone length now so I am aiming for the end of december 2007 I'll ring in the 2008 with beautiful healthy long hair. This sounds like alot of fun I just hope I can stay on track.

Ive added biotin and pantothenic acid tablets to my regime...for some aid on thickness...so far so good

I'm a newbie poster but I've been lurking/developing my regimen for the past year or so. I'm trying to keep it simple-simple. I'm going to cover my hair, replace regular combing with finger combing, and keep my hair moisturized with WGO. See u guys at the finish line!

I'd like to join.
All my details (except for a recent picture) are here. My hair is now bra strap length when stretched.
My hair was last trimmed in September 2005 and I'd like to wait until September 2006 for the next one. That may not be realistic, but we'll see if the daily moisturizing and protective styles come through.
