Does this have any hair benefits ? Does anyone take this ? If so, what changes have you seen in your hair, skin, nails if any ?

Thanks :yep:

I was taking Vitamin E w/selenium for a while and in a week's time I noticed stronger, whiter nails. My mother used it long term and had great hair growth. I never stick w/a vit or supplement long enough to see results so I'm not sure. I still have a scar on my arm though where I scratched myself w/my strong, healthy nails!

I'd also like to know this. I've never actually taken vitamin E internally, but we used to break open the capsules and use the liquid/oil to condition our lips. I'm wondering if you could put it in your hair, too...

Thanks Eisani !
I'm hoping they will help my brittle nails. I read Dlewis' thread about Vit. #E making your nails whiter. I figured I would take them internally and see what happens. I know it's suppose to be a good anti oxidant.

I use the oil on my hair and scalp. I mix it with jojoba oil, pepermint. rosemary and lavendar.

Dlewis posted a thread about Vitamin E oil (I think in the makeup section). She breaks a capsule and puts them over her nails every night!

Bumping! I'm going to link this thread to the health forum
