Vitamin E Oil

Ladies i bought some vitamin E oil and I have no idea what to do with it I originally bought it for skin and nails but not sure if i can use it in my hair
there is sunflower oil and vitamin e....any suggestions are greatly appreciated

I use it at night and put it on the ends of my hair and tie my hair down. My hair looks and feel really great in the morning, it is not greasy or weighed down and it has a really nice shiny look.

I put a few drops of Vitamin E oil in the water when I do a roller set with my Caruso Steamer.
