Dont you love it when you use an entire container of product and you feel like you got your moneys worth? I just finished a bottle of NTM Healthy Serum.

I just hate when I start a new product and move on to the next product and there are half full bottles of everything on my shelf. Sorry for the run on sentence.

LOL! I know what you mean! i'm close to actually finishing a bottle of shampoo and I haven't done that in a while:) .

I'm the same way. I bought a lot of stuff so I get really excited when I'm about to run out of something. I just wanna see them go:)

Yes, I am the same way. So to use up anything around here is a wonderful thing.

Me too, I'm on my personal "use what you have" challenge. I have one more wash to go & I'll be done w/ my Nacidit Olive Oil conditioner. I just may purchase this again before I finish my challenge though, this stuff makes my hair feel like butta.

Yeah, I like feeling like I've got my money's worth :D I'll cut open the bottle just to make sure I've got everything out too...

I usually get bored of non-perfect products and try and offload them to family members instead though.

Me too. Though I love most of the products I purchased, I can't wait until they are gone...to me, that's "progress!":D

I HEAR THAT!! I have 90%-full bottles all over the place. I try to give them away to my family but there are so many.

But it does feel good when I like a product so much that I actually finish it up.

I RARELY used to do it, but lately I think I've found products that I've been able to, and that's a good thing! Guess that means I finally found a few staples;) I'm like that with Devacurl One Conditioner, Fantasia IC Sparkle Lites and Thick N' Shine Gels, BBD Stretch, and Miss Jessie's Buttercreme. But I still have a bunch of partially used products all over the place!

I always get to the bottom of my Fantasia Thick and Shine gel. I just finished a BTZ Stiff Head (love this stuff) And I am almost at the bottom of my CON green shampoo. I also need to repurchase my Salerm, and Lacio. That's about it for me. I have a lot of 1/2-3/4 full bottles and jars.

PJ FO LIFE!
See my siggy! :)

I'm like this too. If I want to start something new, I sometimes mix all the old stuff together in a jar to save space. For next year, I don't think I will buy anything new unless it's to replace something I really like.

I totally agree. The only products I've repurchased regularly are giovanni and qhemet and one myhoneychild product. I have some oyin on order now that they have axed the parabens and I will see how that goes.

OT: I finally tried this gel based on your recommendation and my twists came out great. (Is it a sign of LHCF addiction when you can see a product on the shelf and have someones avatar flash in your mind? ) What is the Devalcurl One like? Creamy, liquid? How do you use it in your hair regimen?

Yes ---I was so happy to throw away an empty totally used bottle of TIGI Frizz Control Serum this morning !

LOL!

Devacurl One is a creamy instant conditioner. I use it to conditioner washing and as a leave in under the Fantasia gel.

ha! i know exactly what you mean. everytime i come home with a new product my fiance growns because our closet is overflowing from half empy bottles. i am not a pj but i have tried quite a few products that i just hated and don't know what to do with. throwing them away feels wasteful

See I am a Product junkie in treatment and yes to finish something is a beautiful thing. I end up throwin away so much stuff for space reasons

Lol at this thread. I have a great sense of pride when I've used an entire bottle or container of a hair product. I even add a little bit of water to the bottles and shake them up to use the last bit of product at the bottom, lol. I spend a lot of money on my products so I try to use them up to the last drop!

I thought I was the only one that does this. My boyfriend didn't know what to think when he came in the bathroom an saw me using his big army knife to slice open conditioner bottles.

I totally love that feeling of accomplishment when I finish a product and throw the empty bottle in the recyling basket. On henna days, I usually go through 2 bottles of cheapie condish while rinsing, I love it. It's weird, it's fun to buy stuff and even more fun to use it up!

My Aubreys conditioners come in bottles but they're so thick & creamy, I'll probably be cutting those suckers open so I can get it all out.

I am also on a personal challenge to finish what I start. I don't have money to be wasting so I either use the product until it is done on my hair or one of my kiddies. One way or another, I'm throwing away an empty bottle!

I felt like this too when I found out a Carol's Daughter hair cream that I found to be too heavy for my hair made and awesome foot cream. Now my feet are baby smooth...just gotta find someone to suck those toes LOL :lachen: . Oh let me stop.
