I have noticed an incredible difference in the growth of my hair, mostly do to vitamins. Which is making me feel a lil sad at the same time, because it has been only 4-5 weeks and I need a perm sooner than usual I feel that the longer I wait the more breakage that will occur.

Any commentsor advice on that?

You can't have it all in life. Everything has a good side and a bad side.

Plus learn what the women here do to keep the new growth soft. Use Luster S curl activator. It makes my hair very soft.

I hear coconut oil applied to the roots is effective.

very cool.........so basically a multi and that PP biotin. my dedication has just increased by 10%...lol thanks.

as far as keeping new growth soft, i just had some incredible results earlier this week. here we go:

1) wash w/ Creme of Nature Shampoo

2) deep condition my hair under the dryer with Hot Six Oil w/ Queen Helene's Super Cholesterol
(it has aloe vera gel and keratin added to the regular cholesterol mix; i got it from Sally's)

3) rinse out conditioner

4) flat twist my hair with African Royal Braid Spray and a little Smooth and Shine gel.

****

my new growth was about as soft as my relaxed ends. also, my hair had swing to it. it was a great experience....haha.
