or use any other growth enahacers like vitamins, have any of you noticed your hair not taking to a relaxer the way it use too. I've been stretching my relaxers 10-12 weeks in additon to surging and taking vitamins and my last 2 perms ( Hawian Silky regular) didn't take at all. Well I'll say it slightly texturized some areas and other areas looked as if no perm was applied at all. It is possible that my hair has changed and I need to use a stronger perm I cant leave it on any longer than 20 min. Any thoughts or ideas on this???

I have heard some ladies say surge has changed the texture of their hair. I actually have noticed that my hair is thicker but the curl pattern is softer. I have fine hair and have never had a problem with relaxers straightening my hair and I haven't noticed anything different since using surge.

This type of thing started happening to me when MSM growth started kicking in. Although I do feel that surging has made my hair look more texturized at times also.

i just noticed this a few minutes ago after i co washed.. my new growth (in the front) actually isn't nappy, it's flatter and softer.. i hope my relaxer still takes next week..

I dont know what's going in my head but I do know that I dont want to have to flat iron hair every week to get my un processed hair straight cuz that defeating my goal. What about putting the relaxer back on I'm talking like next week. That will make it 2 week mark. I'm tempted to do it because if I dont my hair is going to break anyway I dont what to do LORD HELP ME PLEASE!!!!
