Try doing a search for "baggie technique" or "baggie," both of which should pull up a good number of threads. Also, Adrienne0914 details the process in her album (click on her userprofile and go to her album). HTH

yeah, i do show how to use the baggie technique with the drawstring ponytail, but the main aspect is to moisturize your hair and ends thoroughly then put a sandwich baggie (non-ziploc kind) over it. this helps to keep the moisture in. i used to put just a cut-off stocking and scrunchies over it before someone told me about the drawstring ponytails.
