Sorry if somebody already posted about this. I know there are a few Aveda threads here and there. I was wondering how well this product works?

If you've used it before-does it work really well to keep pressed hair from reverting?

OT: zzirvingj....you are so pretty. :p

I'm curious about this stuff too!!! I'll be in Miami in two weeks for vacation, and I already know my hair will be a HAM unless I find something to keep it from reverting.

I just bought this stuff yesterday. I am in dry California, but we are moving to humid Georgia this summer. So I am getting ready for the limp frizz prevention.

I read on a thread I found by searching for "humidity" to use it when rollersetting, so I put it on my wet hair, 1 section at a time as I rolled.

So today my hair seems moisturized, like it locked the moisture in. It doesn't feel like product is in it, but it is not as weightless as my usual rollerset.

Now there is no humidity, so I don't know how it reacts to humidity yet. But tomorrow I give therapy at an indoor pool which is small and kept at 94 degrees, so it is usually humid in there.

So far it is alright, rated C only because I haven't put it to the test and it is pointless in dry arid So Cal.

I use it on my edges and ends and it works great at preventing my hair from reverting after a press. But I also have other aveda products on my hair prior to pressing. So the combination of all the products do the trick for my hair.
