from what i'm gettin' you don't wanna do to much to hair so it won't break off. but you can do "twisties" in front or put your hair in braids to switch it up. my niece does this thing where she parts her hair in sections and put rubber bands on the sectiosn to make block patterns. it's real cute when your rubber bands match what you are wearing.
try not to get to dependet on heat though. it will cause split ends. i did that this winter and i got all the straight strands in my afro. it's a hot mess let me tell ya
