It does NOTHING for my hair. Makes it dry and ashy looking. I wanted to like it, but it's a hard NO!

Bekurabeauty Whiskey whatever conditioner. Uh no. Made my hair dry and tangled. Had to condition 2x to make my hair soft AND it took the henna out of my hair. Guess I'll have to mix it with something or better yet trash it.

Yes ladies. This is a new item from Trader Joe's. There is a hair serum as well.
The Mask is not cone free....however it is closer to the bottom of the ingredients. I believe the first 3 ingredients are water, coconut oil, shea butter.
The hair serum of course is silicone based, but silicone is the first ingredient, and then coconut oil/shea butter is right after it.

I have not used the serum yet, but I did buy it. As for the mask. It is delightful!!!!!! Like really. I had tangles because I hadn't combed my hair in a week. I just used a sulfate free shampoo...then used the mask. It melted the tangles away. In just 1 wash session, this is going to be a staple of mine

I feel like they changed the formula and didn't say anything. Back in like 2012/2013 I loved it but when I bought it about a year and a half ago it was not moisturizing at all.

my wash and go just lasted and lasted and lasted with the curl refresher. they call it a spray gel. it does make the hair crunchy on the first day of use but by the second the cast is gone and its back soft again.

That's too bad.

Maybe you can put some YAM on it and see if it helps. I think there were folks who use to use it with YAM.

Curls and Potions Cleansing Foam Conditioner, slippery, softening with slight suds. Rinsed out clean and hair felt soft


Curls and Potions Deep Moisture Potion, slip, detangling and softening. Haven’t rinsed it out yet but feels wonderful going on.

Hit: Eden Body Works Jojoba Monoi DC
Price & Size are everything, and it provided SO. MUCH. MOISTURE when I added heat and oil. So glad I revisited the product after all these years. The scent is refreshing/clean and herbal.

Only problem - it has no slip, so applying it to my hair was difficult.

If you like to detangle with your DCs, I would just give it away lol. The slip is that bad.

I had to doctor it up with oil and heat. But once I did, the results were bomb. So much better than when I first tried it a few years ago. I think it will even keep my hair moisturized for an entire week. I will test it a few more times to see if this was a beginner’s luck kind of situation.
