I either twist my hair into a loose bun and tie down the edges or roll with the large purple flexi rod. During the week I only use my fingers to comb, and only brush my edges.

since my hair is usually combed back anyway, i just set it all on one large roller or i take all my hair and do one big pincurl. in the morning, i take out the roller, clip it up, and go.

Smooth it all back with my hands/fingers and pull it into a ponytail- but I don't put any type of ponytail holder on it- and tuck it all underneath my satin bonnet.

In the morning I remove the bonnet and do a bun or quick french roll.

I've been wearing braid-outs lately and I really like that. I do 6 or 8 big braids every single night with very small satin rollers on the ends. In the morning I wear it loose or I put everything in a high ponytail. I am currently BSL and my braid-out is about SL. The result is great and very realistic, people who don't know me really think that it is my natural texture. I only comb on wash day before the wash on dry hair with a detangler, my hair is very tangly so I make sure it is detangled before the wash otherwise it would break like nobody's business.

i put my hair into 2 plaits and then wrap it with a satin scarf most times the scarf falls off so i also sleep on a silk pillowcase

one big pin curl, cross wrapping (requires no coming), or a low twisted bun. sometimes i do like four pincurls for big victoria secret waves.

really? cross-wrapping doesn't require combing? how do you get it smooth? are you finger-combing?

if my hair is straight already, i just cross wrap and smooth with my hands. then i put on the bonnet. the pull the ends around and hold it with my hand and through the bonnet on.

Hmmm, looks like I will have to be investing in some silk and satin pillow cases pretty soon.

Honey chile,
I use my silk scarg to tie down the edges, then thru the rest in the satin bonet.

Finger comb and I'm out the door!

I still wrap- sometimes pin curl or just put a satin cap on and go to sleep if I'm tired.

I need to learn how to do this cross-wrapping business :scratchch ....off to do a search!

Every single time I was my hair or co-wash, I just keep my hair wet/damp and saturate my hair leave-in, diluted water and s-curl, and then seal with oil. After I put my hair in a pony and cover my ends in a baggie. I do this everyday and have been regliously for 4 months. Its the best method for retaining lenght
