i believe that's her hair. In the other video that was posted on this thread shows her at a younger age and she had that much hair back then.

Side Note: She's from Columbia, South Carolina and has a cultural background that includes her father's Puerto Rican heritage and her mother's African American, Native American and European ancestry. She also previously auditioned for "America's Got Talent".
