Question About Trimming Ends & Moon Signs

Hello everyone. I am confused about how to know which signs to trim the ends of my hair according to the moon phases or signs. Does anyone know when you should trim for growth and thickness? Also which signs are good for relaxing your hair? Is there a calendar that I can check for which days of each month the signs come on so I can plan ahead to relax and trim my ends?
