no, not necessarily at night, just as long as the moon remains in a favorable sign (which is about 2.5 days)

I went and got a touch uptoday (10 weeks post) and I must say...I'm very pleased with the results! More pleased than I've been in awhile. I didn't even have a problem finding parking this time!

My Mother & Grandmother also swore by this method. Once I get my Hair Back, and trim the damage to meet with the new hair, I will follow the Moon. I am willing to try Anything that will help get my growth back
