Does it work best on wet hair or dry hair as far as relaxing new growth?

Supergirl, I havent tried it on dry hair but I think it works well on wet hair. thanks for reminding me I have this, I have 6 weeks worth of some fierce new growth that is talking to me. I dont know what I did to it to deserve the attitude its giving me, but I must retaliate(sp)!!!! lol...

The instructions say to use it on very wet hair. You use just a small amount and work it though your roots 2x. I purchased it because of a thread the other week and it left my hair sooooooooooo soft.

Its a keeper.
