...with your hair. She's having a show for the hair obsessed. Hundreds of us qualify!!! Be on the show. see below

Are you obsessed with your hair?
Do you need a hair intervention? Do you or someone you know need a new hair do? Has your mom, sister, or best friend been wearing the same hairdo for the past 20 years? Are they stuck in a hair do rut? Is there style dated? Do they need to be bought into the 21st century? Is your hair over-processed? Are you obsessed with your hair and will do anything to get the "perfect" style? Do you spend hours on your hair? Are you spending too much money on your hair? Does your husband balk at how much time and money you spend at the beauty parlor? Are you addicted to your weave? Are you afraid to wear your "own" hair? If this sounds like you or someone you know, then tell us all about why you need a hair intervention -- why you need someone to help you get a great look once and for all and stop the hair madness. I qualify in a few areas, but balk at the idea of someone messing in my hair, oh well. It's not for me. Have fun with that one ladies.
 
Yep. I think that'd be fun, but I am definitely not down with anyone trying to relax or cut my hair.
 
I think Ms. Oprah need an intervention in trying to outdo Tyra on this one:lachen::lachen::lachen:

Tyra said she is coming out on her show with her real hair, and Oprah is having a show about being obsessed with your hair....coincidence? I think not....she is a trip:lachen::lachen::lachen:
 
I was JUST about to apply till I started to worry about people cutting my hair, trying to "fix it", putting color and whatever on it. I guess I am obsessed! Because if I have to choose between my idol (Oprah) and hair, umm no contest cuz my hair wins LOL
 
I was just telling my mom that I wanted to be apart of the audience for Oprah's new season ! But I can't stand the thought of some know it all stylist pressuring me to cut my hair for the sake of style they would have to change their line up real quick if they come near my head with some scissors.
 
you know all they're going to do is chop off someones supe long hair, then do some coloring and make-up. it's always cutting=style to them.

Trust me....Oprah is not thinking about Tyra :rolleyes:

That would be like Beyonce losing sleep over Christina Milian or Ashanti :giggle:

ALL the shows are doing hair themes this season because of Chris Rock's movie Good Hair. So be ready see lots of hair themed gibber gabber over the next several weeks.
 
I can't wait to see Nikko's cousin on the show! I know one of y'all gona be asked to come in for an intervention, especially if you share product collection pictures
 
I do a lot to improve the health of my hair, (DC, Co washes, Ayurveda, Growth Aides)..but I do not spend hours on end with my hair. My hair style of choice is a quick bun or I have my hair hidden in braids or twists.
 
I'm confused about the premise of this show: Is it for the hair obsessed or for a hair make-over. Cuz I sure do qualify for the first one!
 
I'm curious to see how the producers approach this topic and what the break down of guests will be. Are they going to go with mostly yt guests, black, long hair, short hair, etc. or are they going to focus on people that need make overs? It just seems to me that people who are hair obsessed don't necessarily need or want a make over. They already take care of their hair as it is or at least know a thing or two about hair.

Hopefully some Nikko's cousins will make it in! :grin:

i think its mostly for the obsessed, but i think they're doing interventions, too.
 
im obsessed with the products. not really with having the perfect style, esp. since i have a twa and wear a wash and go everyday lol.

Yes, that's my hair in my avi. Thank you so much! I got that flower from Claire's (I believe) about 5 years ago. I have MANY flowers and I've purchased them from Claire's, Ulta, Sally's, Target, Wal-mart (in the floral dept), pulled them off of clothes, etc. HTH
