One Pro and One Con(ur hair)

I'm bored and was looking at my hair. I thought about how I love the thickness of it. It's so strong and FIERCE. Then I started looking at how it's all uneven and I want it to all be one length so bad! I wish it would grow out at the same rate but it doesn't. Sooooo, what's one pro and one con about YOUR hair?
