I totally missed this awesome thread....how beautiful and how thoughtful of your husband to think of you in this manner. Listen, don't throw those petals out just yet...put them in a pretty glass bowl and store them around the house for beautiful fragrances throughout your home!

ETA: I just saw your post on this page that you keep the petals....great minds do think alike!

I have a big tall glass vase that I put all my petals in. I have kept everything from the last 5yrs I have known my DH. No I need another glass vase, a big one again because I have alot of petals lying around.
We do think alike...thats cute
