My weakness is sales. I have so many things to use up but I never pay full price.

I have to use up my stash now that we are in a tiny space. I’m giving away some stuff to family including some very pricey things. I need less things now that my regimen is mostly pretty solid for the 3/4 main styles.

But if redken has 30% off of liters and I am running low on the one conditioner I really like from them… idk
 
I feel like I need to join you guys in 2026, I've unapologetically returned to my old PJ ways, and I need to put the breaks on. The good thing about this PJ phase,.is that it's with intent and purpose to find new staples.

I'm also running out of space, even with an additional cabinet, with all my hair tools and accessories, I will still be limited on space. I also need to get to using some of these products too to work out the ones I prefer.

I've got 3.5 months left of the year, I will not be purchasing anything hair related after this point.

My hair product shelf is fully stocked as well. I feel like my pj itch has quieted because of this
 
I was about to get tempted of buying new hair products but I decided to “shop in my stash” and found new combos I love with what I have.

I was even thinking of returning to ponytails and buying one from her given hair but just as I was about to check out my payment method failed( put it on new device) and decided to look in my hair stash. I found my old ponytails prepped and ready to wear!

I just want to slowly whittle at the stash. I dont need a cot darn thing

Like we used to do in the old days with the Use Up Your Stash challenges? The last week of the month, I’m doing inventory to determine what I may need to buy or not buy during the Black Friday/ Small Business Saturday/Cyber Monday sales. So I would be willing to start January 2026.

I remember it used to be by quarter, ladies would go back to the list and change colors or cross out things used up.

I wouldn’t mind adding a small buy/sell/trade/get this out of my house for me part to the challenge. I have a lot of samples and full size products that have never been used but I know my mom and sister would just take to have it. Would be nice to pass it on to someone on the forum who’s ready to use it.

If there's enough interest i will start one Thanksgiving weekend.
 
Yall I am looking raggedy. I had my boo thang get me a new lace unit and some silicon mix conditioner. Working out is great for my body, but horrible for my blowouts. I may get a sew in or some braids soon. My 13 year old is the best gym partner ever. She’s always like “Mom, want to go to the gym today?”

I did make a few Soultanical purchases this month. I should be good through BF.

Although, I might get 1 or 2 things from SSI and Sarenzo, but that will be about it :scratchchin: As far as Haircare.
 
I used up my dr. bronners peppermint shampoo

1 bottle of suave strawberry conditioner
2 ORS replenishing paks

I bought the DE oat protein & henna clarifying shampoo. Got it on clearance at JcP for $5.99!!!!!

no more hair purchases for me until I run out of my conditioner and oils
