Naturals, it took me 27 years to find this product. (long post)

I just received my red palm butter from camdengrey.com. I will be using it this weekend and will report back asap! My fingers are crossed...

I found jars of red palm oil in the Indian grocery for €2.59 (maybe $3 and change). It doesn't smell very nice but is less strong than ghee, amla oil, etc.

My family is from West Africa and we buy huge tubs of red palm oil at a time to cook with. It is THE oil used in almost everything. I wonder if it is part of the reason for the thickness, length, and growth for hair in our country (both men and women have beautiful hair there). As someone said before, just go to any African or Carribean market to find it. It would probably be way cheaper than at Whole Foods or other places too.

this is my new friend! It tried it with my twist on wet hair after I henna! Wow it put so much moisture back into my hair! My hair was also easy to comb! :drunk:
