OT: How much is the investment?

$129.99, shipped & received within a week.

Y'all are lucky, the cheapest price you can get a steamer here (stand up one) is for £300 which is probably about $450. Totally ridiculous, but still worth it. If my steamer broke tomorrow I would buy a new one, simple. It's the one piece of equipment that I wouldn't be without.

hit: slathering vatika frosting on my hair before i co wash

continued hit: curls products. i stopped using them for a while becauase kbb and oyin took the cake but i used my milkshake and whipped cream today and my curls are soooooooooooo soft.

Miss- I don't remember if I've ever put this on a list but AOHSR is wackness. I just cw'd with it and I'm quite underwhelmed.

Misses:
Castile soap and castile soap recipes- hair felt like straw. I used to use it years ago but my hair hates it now. I even tried making a special tea shampoo and had the "crayon effect."

Dudu Osun Black Soap- I tried to revisit this since I use it for daily body use. It had a less "crayon effect" than castile soap. It still had my strands sticking together and had a little coated feeling. I won't be using it again. Works great for the face (always get compliments on my skin).
