@ Jasminea: I'm happy that baggying is working for you, I only baggy my ends if they look/feel fried, that's the best way the method works for me. Keep us posted with your progress.
@ IntheMix: Do you ever prepoo with oils or oils mixed with conditioners? I use natural oils for their conditioning properties, different oils do something different so I rotate on a monthly basis. During the period of a month I'll do two HOTs (hot oil treatments), one with a mixture of different oils and one with the oil I'm using that month, in between the HOTs, I'll prepoo with the oil of the month mixed with a moisture or protein conditioner, I find it leaves my hair feeling softer, silkier and in better condition, it also prevents my hair from feeling stripped by shampoo. So far my favourites are carrot oil which is great for growth strength and repair (also good for ends and sealing) and extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) which is great for protection, however there are so many oils out there to try, I have 10 at the minute, when they are done I'll move on to some new ones after noting the ones I love. I hope to find 12 loveable oils that I can use as stated above as my staples.
Tomorrow I'm gonna be trying out my new steamer and splitender, I also managed to get hold of some aubrey organics white camellia conditoner which I haven't used before as it's not readily available over here but I found some on ebay. I'm looking forward to that as the reviews on it have been amazing and I love AO.
I'll let you know how I get on.
