Matchmaking Services? Anyone?

has anyone ever joined an exclusive matchmaking service? not an internet dating website but one similar to what the show Millionaire Matchmaker is based on?

i'm assuming that services like that are for people who want a marriage of convenience.... rich men looking for trophy wives who won't mind that they travel for business a lot. doesn't sound like the recipe for true love.

there is one here that boasts of an exclusive clientele but the annual fees are crazy expensive. even for women.

but i'm just curious to hear of anyone else's experiences.

No, but I know what you mean about the prices. After seeing the show on Vh1 with Steve (can't remember the name right now) I wanted to let him or his mother match me up. But the prices were outrageous. erplexedthey have a website and everything.

I wish they had one like Patti's for regular folks, but at the same time, I haven't really looked.
