Thank you! I've been collecting earrings from all over in an effort to dress it up a bit. Gotta love Nordstrom Rack. They were no more than $15.

Hmmm...long story here. /images/graemlins/scratchchin.giflol. The color began as African Pride Highlights. When the highlights started making my hair blonder and it was breaking off my hair I opted for a black rinse by Dark and Lovely I think. The rinse turned my hair from black to gray to green. Then, I had to use a red based semi-permanent by Dark and Lovely to prevent my hair from turning greener. So now I am back to a reddish-brown. I did the highlights myself as well as the rinse. Are you sorry you asked? lol

Lorraine, you are so my inspiration to give it a go at bunning. I had to ask the question on how you got it so straight b/c that's exactly the way I would ahve to get it straight...blow it dry, b/c my hair is so darn curly it just wouldn't work and I would have to do way too much manipulation on wet hair to try to get it to lay down. I can't wait to try it. Thanks......you look like a supa star with that bun /images/graemlins/weird.gif

I know u use the Nexxus Humetress(sp?) for the scrunched look, but when you did the wash 'n go, did you wash your hair in the morning or at night? If in the morning, how did u keep it from being dripping wet before you got out? If at night, how did u wear your hair at night in order to keep the curl definition for the morning? ponyail? braid? etc.?

I don't mind questions. I usually wash it in the morning and towel dry, apply Nexxus Humectress or ORGANIC Olive Oil (my new favorite). I braid it into seven french braids for about an hour and then remove the braids. It seems to dry much faster that way. It's a bit of a process so most times I will wash at night, apply a leave in, cover it with a shower cap, then remove it in the morning and scrunch it with my hands or put it into a sloppy bun (my current style).
