Some of the others I don't understand and can't wrap my brain around how they help grow your hair.....

But I am still learning so I may find that they may work for me in the future.

I do seven out of the ten:

1. Protective styling
2. No manipulation (comb only on wash days)
3. No combing
4. No brushing
5. No shampooing
6. Pre-shampooing treatment (which is really a pre-treament, or a pre-wash treatment since I dont use shampoo)
7. Co-washing

On top of that I do not use direct heat and stretch between relaxers.

I brush my hair line too! Being natural, a puff don't look right if your hairline isn't smoove. LOL

I didn't put low manipulation or no combing in because I use low manipulation and I comb every week the night before my ayurvedic rinse with oil in my hair.

The only thing on that list that I do religiously is cowashing. I also don't comb much because I don't have that much hair.. and I can bet by with just fingercombing...

My hair is scared of no combing. I - I don't know if it would be able to handle it. But then, I used to do other stuff on that list (baggying, daily washing), and let it go as my hair needs changed/got longer. Soooooo....seeing as how MANY of the long haired lovlies don't comb, if I started doing anything, I can see myself dropping the combing at some point, too.
