i cant comment on this thread since i really havnt been paying attention to my products untill i started into LHCF i am pretty sure i have been using stuff that isnt the best for my hair so i need to give an infomative answer after i see some results

Thank you! I attribute it all to changing my habits at home. I focused on internally changing my hair habits(vitamins increase in water eating less greasy foods) and keeping the heat out of it and I WOWED myself I'm about to get braids(no micros for me) next week and I hope it extends some length and I'll get a touch up at the beginning of December or end of November depending on my newgrowth.
