Congratulations on your decision.

Are you going to do a BC? If not, make sure you treat your NG with extra TLC. Have patience with the two textures.

Congrats to you on making a decision.

Thats great!!! Congrats on your decision, looking forward to hearing how it goes!!!!

Maybe one day i'll have the courage to do the same. :yep:

I can't offer any advice but I want to say Congratulations on your decision.:congrats:

Congratulations! Several ladies on the board have mentioned that that braid-out and twist-out styles are good!

Yeah! Congrats....welcome to the dark side. :lachen: (being silly) You will love your natural hair!

Congratulations! You definitely won't regret your decision. My advice would be to stay away from the heat as much as possible!

Congratulations!

There are quite a few transitioning threads on the forum.

Im not gonna big chop :)
i dont wanna have short hair lol!!
just cut of some of the perm ends and stay in braids until my two textures come out lol!
And i excalty before i put my braids in 2 weeks ago cut of most of thin ends which were very straight! so idk if that was all relaxed but hey its my first time trying wish me luck

My advice is to Breeeeeeathe. Lots of deep breaths. :lachen:

Don't ever make hair decisions or attempt anything complicated while you're frustrated. Nothing has to be done immediately or right now.

Work on coming up with a default style. (mine is a giant bun with side part). Default style is one that is easy and quick to do, always looks presentable, and will always save the day after all your more complicated styling ideas fail.

Congratulations on your decision!
My first advice would be to remove all temptation so start throwing away any relaxers in the garbage LOL

Deep condition every week because the hair at the line of demarcation is very fragile. I transitioned with rollersets, but really there is no wrong or right way to do this. Be careful when you use heat and if you don't want to do a big chop then trim every few months.

Good luck!!!
