Yes, I've been a two weeker for years and it always works for me. I consider my routine to be pretty simple. I guess my 2 biggest "must haves" are heat and oil/grease. I know, 2 of the biggest "NO-NO's" for many.

My heat is limited to every 2 weeks only, so I don't suffer from much damage.

My hair journal has more details in my signature.

Bettydavis: Actually, my hair is blow dried, hot curled and rolled with satin rollers. I wear a scruncii bun, with a scarf every night.

I'm in the process of updating my album for July. I'll post them tomorrow.
