Relaxed "Finger Combers"....

For those that wear your hair straight, how many weeks post are you able to just "finger" your hair and only use a comb on wash days? My NG starts having parties underneath, playing twister and doing gymnastics. I only use a shower comb but there is no way I am able to only use it 2x a week. Please share your secrets!

If it's straight, then it doesn't matter to me. I went the entire summer 08 without relaxing, then got a blowout for school, and finger combed it.
